Terms and Conditions: For valuable consideration received, I grant to Hannah Ramirez Photography ("HRP") the absolute and irrevocable right and unrestricted permission concerning any photographs that she has taken or may take of me or in which I may be included with others, to use, reuse, publish, and republish the photographs in whole or in part, individually or in connection with other material, in any and all media now or hereafter known, including the internet, and for any purpose whatsoever, specifically including illustration, promotion, art, editorial, advertising, and trade, without restriction as to alteration; and to use my name in connection with any use if she so chooses. I release and discharge HRP from any and all claims and demands that may arise out of or in connection with the use of the photographs, including without limitation any and all claims for libel or violation of any right of publicity or privacy. This authorization and release shall also inure to the benefit of the heirs, legal representatives, licensees, and assigns of HRP as well as the person(s) for whom she took the photographs. *

Copyright and Licensing: The images that are being provided to you are licensed to you for any reasonable personal, including but not limited to: copying, emailing, and web publishing. Your license does not include use that results in financial gain, including but not limited to: advertising, stock photography, print sale profits, or resale of any nature. Your purchase of the original files releases HRP from any liability due to loss or damage of the images, and also releases HRP from any obligation to maintain copies of any digital file, image, or photograph after one (1) month following gallery delivery. You hereby grant to HRP the right to use and publish images and photographs taken at your photography session to further promote its service, including portfolio, web site, display, advertisement, and editorial use. HRP agrees to limit the use of these images and photographs to promotional use only. HRP may revoke this license at any time and for any reason. *

Copyright and Licensing(cont.): HRP retains all copyrights to the images and derivative works thereof. If you are posting any of the digital files to social media (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram etc.) you must directly credit HRP every time by "tagging" HRP's professional Facebook or Instagram accounts (@Hannahramirezphotography). By using any of these images, you are agreeing to the above terms. *

A $75 deposit per session is due to Hannah Ramirez Photography within 14 days of booking to secure the reservation. Deposits are non-refundable. Full payment for all services provided is due on the day of shooting prior to the delivery of any photographs. All photographs will be withheld from clients with any unpaid balances owed to Hannah Ramirez Photography *

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be received in writing, emailed to Hannah Ramirez Photography (Hannahramirezphoto@gmail.com). For cancellations, all deposits will not be refunded. Any payment made in addition to the deposit will be refunded to the client. Deposits are NONREFUNDABLE. No refunds are available for unused portions of any package.
