Houston is a rising senior at the high school I graduated from and I was lucky to photograph him earlier this week. Ultimately, this resulted in a nostalgic photo shoot to capture his senior year and a lot of laughing about how my own final months at Pisgah went down. Pisgah is a very lucky school to have Houston for another year!

We took the time to learn about his interests and for me to admit how badly I wanna steal his truck (seriously- a straight drive Tacoma is a dream of mine). He hunts with a crossbow, works with his dad at the family business, and gave me a million reasons to think that he’s truly got a great heart and will chase after some awesome things in life.

It was so great to spend some time with Houston and his mother as we shot around. The entire Rogers family is a crowd of great people and Houston was no exception to that! I look forward to seeing where Houston and his siblings end up and know they are all destined to make the world around them a much better place.

Wishing Houston all the best as he tackles his senior year-
